SpeakIn - Associate/Senior Associate - Global Expert Research & Network Development

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Research & Expert Engagement Associate to help build one of Asia's strongest networks of global experts. This role combines research, consulting, relationship building, executive outreach, and business understanding. You will identify, evaluate, engage, and onboard senior business leaders, CXOs, entrepreneurs, policymakers, professors, coaches, and subject matter experts from around the world onto the SpeakIn platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Expert Research:

- Identify high-quality experts globally across industries and functions.

- Conduct in-depth research using LinkedIn, company databases, industry reports, media, and other public sources.

- Build curated expert pipelines based on client requirements.

Expert Outreach & Engagement:

- Reach out to senior leaders, CXOs, founders, academics, policymakers, and subject matter experts.

- Introduce SpeakIn and onboard experts onto the platform.

- Build long-term relationships with industry leaders.

- Maintain regular engagement with the expert network.

Client Research:

- Understand client briefs and identify relevant speakers, coaches, trainers, and advisors.

- Recommend experts based on industry, geography, seniority, and domain expertise.

- Support global client projects with timely expert identification.

Network Development:

- Continuously expand SpeakIn's expert network across key sectors.

- Track emerging leaders, innovators, and industry specialists.

- Maintain high-quality expert profiles and database hygiene.

Market Intelligence:

- Track emerging industries, leadership trends, and influential professionals globally.

- Recommend new practice areas and expert categories for SpeakIn.

Ideal Candidate:

- 3-7 years of experience in consulting, research, executive search, knowledge services, or market intelligence.

- Enjoys identifying and connecting with senior leaders.

- Intellectually curious and keeps up with business, technology, and global affairs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Can independently manage executive conversations.

- Highly organised and detail-oriented.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Background:

Experience in Management Consulting, Big Four Advisory, Strategy Consulting, Executive Search, Market Research, KPO, Expert Networks, Leadership Advisory, Corporate Research, or Investment Research is highly preferred.
