SPE/SME – Property & Casualty Insurance

Manage end-to-end process for renewals, including premium audits, claims processing, and underwriting

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to policy renewals and endorsements

Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records in the system

Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving concerns

Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks performed
