Prepare submissions, generate quotes, coordinate with carriers, verify documents, and update CRM/FSC
Manage servicing tasks: endorsements, certificates, invoicing, billing validation, EOC processing, client query resolution
Maintain accurate policy data, documents, and records in Salesforce FSC / EPIC / DMS
Support licensed Account Managers as required for licensed workflows
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and documented SOPs
