Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle insurance transactions including preparing submissions, generating quotes, coordinating with carriers, verifying documents, and updating CRM/FSC systems.
  • Manage servicing tasks such as endorsements, certificates, invoicing, billing validation, EOC processing, and client query resolution.
  • Maintain accurate policy data, documents, and records across Salesforce FSC, EPIC, and DMS.
  • Support licensed Account Managers for licensed workflows when required.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and documented SOPs.
