Job Summary
The role of SPE-Policy Servicing involves managing policy-related tasks with precision and efficiency. The candidate will utilize MS Office tools to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. This position requires night shift availability and offers a work-from-office model.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy servicing tasks with accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain policy documentation and reports effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address policy-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure timely processing of policy endorsements renewals and cancellations to meet client expectations.
- Analyze policy data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
- Provide support in preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders using MS Office applications.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment on policy-related matters.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive policy information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize policy servicing workflows and reduce turnaround times.
- Ensure adherence to night shift schedules and maintain productivity levels in a work-from-office environment.
- Support the team in achieving service-level agreements and performance targets consistently.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in policy servicing tasks.
Qualifications
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Office tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint to perform daily tasks efficiently.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in policy servicing or related roles with a maximum of 5 years of experience.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Nice to have experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to bring added value to the role.
- Display strong analytical skills to identify and resolve policy discrepancies effectively.
- Show commitment to working night shifts and maintaining productivity in a work-from-office setup.
Certifications Required
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is mandatory. Certification in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
