Job Summary
As a Sales Compensation Analyst at Google you will play a critical role in ensuring our Global Business Organization (GBO) teams are correctly and competitively incentivized. You will partner with cross-functional teams including HR Sales Operations Legal Data Engineering and Finance to support design and deliver sales compensation structures.
Responsibilities
- Plan Administration & Calculation: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive payments to the sales organization. Perform manual calculations when necessary and update data at the detailed payout payee and revenue level to ensure compliance.
