The Media Operations Executive will support the media team by managing data-driven operational tasks such as media plan uploads, billing support, tracker maintenance, and reporting.
This role is highly structured, Excel-intensive, and suited for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and repetitive processes.

Key Responsibilities

Media Operations & Data Management
. Maintain and updatemedia plans, trackers, and reportsusing Microsoft Excel
. Support upload and validation ofmedia activity data(campaign details, spends, dates, platforms)
. Assist inbilling and reconciliation supportby tracking invoices, spends, and variances
. Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data across internal systems
. Coordinate with planning, buying, and finance teams for data clarifications

Reporting & Quality Checks
. Preparedaily / weekly / monthly reportsusing pre-defined templates
. Performbasic data checks and validationsto identify discrepancies
. Flag errors or missing data to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

Process Adherence
. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for media operations
. Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information
. Support documentation and process improvements when required


Required Skills & Competencies

Essential (Must-Have)
.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
. Comfortable with formulas (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic Pivot Tables)
. Strongattention to detail and accuracy
. Ability to work withstructured, repetitive, and process-driven tasks
. Basic computer proficiency (email, file management, MS Office tools)
. Willingness to learn media tools and internal systems (training will be provided)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
. Exposure to data entry, operations, finance, or reporting roles
. Familiarity with large datasets or trackers
. Prior experience in a corporate or agency environment

Media agency experience is NOT mandatory.Selectionwill be based on skills and task-based assessment.
