Experience

1–3 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts and tools inventory efficiently.
• Maintain stock records and update inward/outward entries.
• Issue and receive tools and spare parts as per department requirements.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise replenishment requests.
• Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
• Maintain proper labeling, storage, and organization of spare parts and tools.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Service teams for spare availability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools to avoid damage or loss.
• Follow 5S and safety practices in the store area.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of inventory and store management.
• Basic MS Excel and ERP/software entry skills.
• Good record-keeping and documentation ability.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
