Role Description This full-time remote Spanish Teacher role focuses on delivering engaging, interactive Spanish instruction to online learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching live virtual classes, developing and adapting lesson plans and curriculum materials, and providing individualized tutoring or support to students as needed. The Spanish Teacher will assess student progress, offer timely feedback, and maintain accurate records of assignments and evaluations. The role also involves collaborating with other educators to align content with program standards and participating in periodic training or professional development to enhance online teaching practices.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Spanish Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct learners at various proficiency levels.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills to design structured, outcome-focused online coursework.
Candidates should possess Tutoring skills to provide personalized support and guidance to individual students or small groups.
Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish, with clear, professional communication in English for collaboration and documentation.
Experience teaching in an online or hybrid environment, including familiarity with virtual classroom platforms and digital instructional tools.
Strong organizational skills, reliability in a remote work setting, and the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certification or equivalent experience is highly beneficial.
