What will you be doing
As a Spanish Program Manager, you will be the primary guide and support partner for learners enrolled in our Spanish-language programs. You will play a critical role in ensuring participants have a seamless learning experience, stay engaged throughout their journey, and successfully achieve their learning outcomes.
- Ownership of end-to-end learning journey of the participants to ensure learning outcomes are met and participants have a Great Learning experience with high satisfaction levels
- Serve as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking participants, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and facilitating discussions.
- Management, identification and implementation of processes for smoother program management to ensure a consistent and trouble free learning experience
- Complete ownership of all the Program Office responsibilities around scheduling and delivery activities, including but not limited to, online sessions, webinars, evaluations, gradings, presentations etc. This will require engagement with a variety of stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, industry professionals and many other internal and external stakeholders
- Consistent and thorough monitoring of participants performance and engagement using various program trackers to ensure each participant gets personalized experience in terms of support and learning experience. This will require forging meaningful relationships with the participants

- Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate confidently with native Spanish-speaking learners.

- Ability to hold meaningful conversations with senior professionals
