- Deliver proactive support and expertise to customers by addressing product and service-related queries in Spanish.
- Resolve customer issues with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring positive experiences at every touchpoint.
- Engage confidently in both inbound and outbound calls, building trust and delivering outstanding solutions.
Skills Required
- Exceptional Verbal Communication skills in English and Spanish or French (B2 quality) to facilitate impactful conversations.
- Must be certified in Spanish B2 certification.
- Advanced Logical Reasoning and Analytical Thinking to drive swift and effective resolutions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer queries with confidence, poise, and a professional approach.
- Eagerness to embrace rotational and night shifts (U.S. shift hours) for a truly global working experience.
Salary & Perks
- Attractive Salary Range: 4,50,000 – 7,50,000 per Annum
