About the Team

The Supplier Data Desk SSC team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of supplier data management processes that support global procurement and finance operations. We serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and suppliers, delivering high-quality support, driving process excellence, and enabling seamless business operations across regions.

As part of our collaborative and customer-focused environment, you will work closely with procurement, finance, strategic sourcing teams, and suppliers to ensure a best-in-class supplier experience while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spanish Language Specialist – Supplier Data Management to join our Supplier Data Desk SSC team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier data processes, supporting supplier onboarding and profile maintenance activities, resolving supplier-related issues, and providing functional support to internal stakeholders and suppliers.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, collaboration, and customer service are key to success.

Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:

  • Review approved supplier creation requests and establish supplier records in accordance with global purchasing and finance policies.
  • Process supplier profile change requests and ensure timely updates to supplier information.
  • Analyze and resolve invoice issues related to invalid bank details and installment holds.
  • Support internal requesters in Oracle Procurement Cloud and related procurement processes.
  • Assist suppliers with Supplier Portal access, navigation, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with strategic sourcing teams, business requesters, and support functions to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide first-level functional support for system and process-related inquiries.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new analysts and end users.
  • Serve as a Buddy for new hires and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Maintain process compliance while delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal communication).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience or interest in supplier data management, procurement operations, finance operations, or shared services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Logical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow documented procedures.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud or similar ERP/procurement platforms.
  • Knowledge of supplier onboarding, supplier maintenance, or supplier master data processes.
  • Exposure to Accounts Payable or Procurement Operations environments.
  • Experience supporting supplier portals or self-service platforms.
  • Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.
  • Training, mentoring, or onboarding experience.
  • Knowledge of shared services operations and global business processes.
  • Familiarity with data quality and compliance standards.
