Role Description The Spanish Facilitator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for delivering engaging Spanish language instruction to learners across relevant grade levels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering lessons, designing learning activities, and using diverse teaching strategies to build students speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Spanish. The facilitator prepares instructional materials, assesses student progress through assignments and exams, and provides constructive feedback to support language acquisition. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, and participating in school events, meetings, and professional development. The role involves creating an inclusive classroom environment that encourages cultural appreciation, learner participation, and a positive attitude toward language learning.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to teach reading, writing, listening, and speaking at multiple levels.
  • Experience in classroom instruction or language facilitation, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Skill in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and use of varied teaching methodologies and resources.
  • Ability to assess learner progress, design appropriate evaluations, and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with learners, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to learner-centered, inclusive practices and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced certifications in language teaching are an advantage.
  • Comfort with using educational technology and digital tools to support instruction and student engagement.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training, school activities, and initiatives that support holistic student development.
