Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Space Organizing Consultant. The consultant will work closely with clients to assess spaces, create customized organizational plans, and implement effective decluttering techniques. Responsibilities include identifying cluttered areas, categorizing items, advising on sustainable organization practices, and ensuring a seamless execution of the organizing process. Regular collaboration with team members and communication with clients to address their specific requirements will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Skills in organizing spaces, decluttering, and creating functional layouts
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and creativity in organizational solutions
• Time management and project planning skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines
• Experience with customer service and a client-focused approach
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn the KonMari method and other organizing principles
• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse clients
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in interior design, organization, or related fields is a plus
