Spa Therapist

This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist role located in Rishikesh. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies to ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes assessing guests individual needs, recommending suitable treatments, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The Spa Therapist will maintain a professional, relaxing, and welcoming environment that aligns with IHCL's renowned standard of hospitality.

• Strong skills in various massage techniques, body treatments, and facial therapies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic health and safety practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills, with the ability to provide personalized service for diverse clientele.
• Attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain a calm environment for guests.
• Relevant certifications or training in spa therapy or wellness practices are preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Prior experience in luxury hospitality or wellness industries is an advantage.
