Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform therapeutic massages, wellness rituals, and skincare treatments as per brand standards.
- Personalize each guest experience through thoughtful consultation and treatment customization.
- Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to premium hygiene and ambiance standards at all times.
- Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Recommend suitable therapies, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance the guest journey.
- Follow all operational protocols, safety guidelines, and service procedures.
- Coordinate closely with the Spa Manager to ensure seamless daily operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Certified in Spa/Beauty Therapy or relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a warm, guest-centric approach.
- Professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury brand expectations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
