Role Description The Spa Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for delivering high-quality spa and wellness services aligned with Imedi Health's preventive and holistic care philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing a range of spa treatments and therapies, conducting professional facials, and providing pedicures and related cosmetic services to support client well-being. The Spa Therapist will welcome clients, conduct brief consultations to understand their needs, and ensure a safe, hygienic, and relaxing environment throughout each session. This role involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, following health and safety protocols, and accurately documenting services provided. The Spa Therapist will collaborate with medical and wellness staff, provide excellent customer service, and educate clients on aftercare and complementary wellness services offered by Imedi Health.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in spa treatments and pedicures, with a focus on quality, safety, and client comfort.
Candidates should possess skills in facials and basic cosmetology techniques relevant to skin and body care.
Candidates should possess customer service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to build professional client relationships.
Candidates should possess knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards, along with attention to detail and time management abilities.
Diploma or certification in beauty therapy, spa therapy, cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or clinical wellness environment is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and follow organizational protocols.
Basic knowledge of wellness, preventive healthcare, or holistic therapies is an advantage.
