Job Description:-

1. Designation:-SPA Therapist

2. Department:-SPA

3. Place of Posting (May be revised)*:- Any of our company franchised resort

4. Salary:

Your total Monthly Salary will be (Based on your experience)/-, subject to applicable statutory deductions and company policies.

5. Working Hours:

Your regular working days will be 06 days a week.

OT will be provided as per your salary.

Service Charge of 2% of the bill on the Net Amount will be provided and it will be counted over the time and will be provided along with the salary after 6 months.

6. Off and Leave:

You will get 4 weekly offs and 1 Sick leave on every month.

7. Leave & Benefits:

You will be entitled to leave and other benefits as per the company's policies, which may be revised from time to time.

8. Confidentiality:

During and after your employment, you shall maintain complete confidentiality regarding the company's business, clients, financial information, and other proprietary information.

9. Termination:

Either party may terminate this employment by providing 15 days written notice or salary in lieu of notice, subject to company policy.

10. Company Policies:

You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of HAVEN ON EARTH, as amended from time to time.

Any rules violated from your sight will be granted as your own responsibility.

***We only provide Spa Treatments to the guests..Outside of this anything you have done it will be granted as a violation of the company's rules and regulations and will be punishable and may be handed over for police verifications.***

Qualifications:-

Hands-on skills in spa treatments, including Spa Treatments and Facials, with a focus on safe, professional practice.
Cosmetology knowledge and training, with the ability to apply techniques appropriate for spa and wellness services.
Experience providing high-quality pedicures and related nail care, with attention to cleanliness and guest comfort.
Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to create a welcoming, respectful environment.
Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, cosmetology, or beauty and wellness from a recognized institution is an advantage.
Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in a spa , with consistent adherence to protocols.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by spa operations.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
Prior experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center is an advantage.
