Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist role based in Lonavala. The Spa Therapist will provide a range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, pedicures, and other wellness services, in accordance with established protocols and hygiene standards. Daily responsibilities include welcoming guests, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring a relaxing, safe, and comfortable environment. The role involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, managing appointment schedules, and accurately recording services provided. The Spa Therapist will collaborate with colleagues to support spa promotions, uphold high customer service standards, and contribute to a consistent, premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Spa Treatments, including a variety of body therapies and wellness services.
• Proficiency in Thai, bamboo, potli massage, salon services, Cosmetology and Facials, with the ability to assess skin types and recommend suitable treatments.
• Hands-on experience with Pedicures and basic nail care, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, communication, and guest satisfaction.
• Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, cosmetology, or wellness; additional training in massage techniques is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
• Basic knowledge of wellness products and willingness to learn about new treatments and industry trends.
