Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Spa Specialist role located in Jaipur. The Spa Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality services, including facials and skincare treatments, while maintaining excellent customer service. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, promoting spa services, and selling related products. The Spa Specialist will also ensure a clean and inviting work environment for all clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in providing skincare treatments, facials, and related cosmetology services
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive client experience
• Sales capability to promote spa services and recommend appropriate skincare products
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Relevant certifications or training in cosmetology, skincare, or spa services
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
