Work Hours: 5 Days, 11am - 7pm (10-6 or 12-8 may be arranged based on operational needs)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the spa's sales targets and overall performance.
• Lead and manage the spa team, including beauticians.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base.
• Ensure appointment calendars are consistently full, and treatment rooms are operating at optimal capacity.
• Develop and execute sales and operational plans to drive the spa's success.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of spa or wellness management experience.
• More than 10 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
