Role Description
The Spa Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all clients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing appointments, answering phone inquiries, performing clerical duties, and coordinating with spa staff to maintain an excellent guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located at the Spa.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide a welcoming and professional experience to guests
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and managing reception desk responsibilities
- Knowledge or experience in clerical tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and organization
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prior experience in the spa, hospitality, or wellness industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service or hospitality are an asset
