Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Receptionist at our Ujjain location. The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for managing reception activities, such as greeting clients, handling guest appointments, answering phone calls, and providing essential information about spa services. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the spa, addressing client inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with clerical tasks when needed.

• Familiarity with spa or wellness industry operations is an advantage
