Spa/ Salon Executive Job role:
- Need to have hands on experience in Hairdressing, hair treatments, and other beautification knowledge like clean up, facials and other salon services.
- Supervise daily activities, manage appointments, ensure facility cleanliness, and coordinate services.
- Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and mentor therapists, foster a positive environment.
- Deliver top-tier customer service, handle complaints, build guest loyalty, and ensure satisfaction.
Experience:
- Thorough knowledge & more than 7+ years experience in all spa/ Salon services like Haircut, hair color, facial, cleanup, waxing services.
