Summary
We are currently seeking a
Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations This leadership role is hands-on and service-driven, responsible for leading the spa team to deliver elevated guest experiences, support colleague development, and ensure smooth operational performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise licensed therapists and spa front desk colleagues
- Lead daily opening and closing procedures, payroll tracking, and service commission reporting
- Maintain treatment and retail inventory, monitor usage, and place supply orders as needed
- Support the development of seasonal spa promotions and guest-facing offers
- Respond to guest feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and wellness
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of spa leadership experience within a luxury resort environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of spa services including massage, facials, body treatments, and aromatherapy
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and team supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
