Role Description The Spa Manager role at Bodhi Wellness is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Spa Manager oversees daily spa operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and service quality to ensure a seamless and relaxing client experience. This role involves managing client bookings, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The Spa Manager is responsible for monitoring inventory, coordinating with therapists and skincare specialists, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include supporting budgeting and revenue goals, implementing promotional activities, training team members, and upholding Bodhi Wellness premium brand standards.
Qualifications

Strong spa management skills, including oversight of operations, team coordination, and adherence to service standards.
Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, responsiveness, and a client-centered approach.
Experience with budgeting, basic financial reporting, and managing resources efficiently in a spa or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of skin care treatments, products, and wellness services, with the ability to guide clients and support therapists.
Previous experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service environments.
Effective communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Relevant diploma or certification in spa management, hospitality, wellness, or related field is preferred.
