Job Description
The Hairstylist provides professional hair care services to guests while ensuring a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction. The role focuses on delivering quality hairstyling services, personalized consultations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.
- Provide hair services such as haircuts, styling, blow-drying, coloring, and treatments.
- Conduct guest consultations to understand hair needs and preferences.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Recommend suitable hair care products and promote salon services.
- Ensure excellent guest service and a pleasant salon experience.
Qualifications
- Certification in Hairdressing or Cosmetology.
- 2+ years of experience in a professional salon or hotel spa.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.
