Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design :

Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Translate business requirements and user feedback into interactive designs.
Create visually appealing and brand-consistent interfaces that enhance user engagement.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking to improve UX.

Front-End Development

Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, cross-browser compatible front-end code.
Develop reusable components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Collaborate with backend developers and product managers to ensure seamless integration.
Optimize application performance and loading speed.

Design Systems & Standards

Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints, including websites, apps, and portals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, branding, and tech teams to support digital campaigns, landing pages, and lead-gen assets.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure pixel-perfect UI delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
2 - 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Key Skills & Tools

UI Design Tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
Front-End Tech : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, UX Skills : Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing, User Research
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles
Knowledge of real estate platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
