Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the southern region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within the beverages and alcohol sector.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and addressing client concerns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful South Sales Head should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the FMCG industry, specifically in beverages and alcohol.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market dynamics in the southern region.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.
