Job Description

Develop MEP services, along with full mechanical services (HVAC, PHE, and Fire Protection Systems) for a 20 MW facility.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE and Quality Control procedures across all phases
of execution.
Coordinate with the design team for timely submission of drawings, consultant
approvals, and preparation/submission of TDS and Method Statements, ensuring
approvals were obtained on schedule.
Supervise installation of chilled water dual-header piping catering to up to 8,000 TR
cooling capacity, and installation of LLE equipment including PDCs, DGs, chillers,
transformers, DAHU/FWU units, UPS, and electrical panels.
Lead innovation and implementation of prefabricated piping systems for HVAC and
FPS, reducing installation time and minimizing on-site welding activities.
Coordinate with the internal planning team to finalize project schedules, monitor
progress, and address deviations proactively.
Liaise with project stakeholders, LLE suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely
material delivery, maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
Manage inspection coordination of incoming materials and handled certification of
vendor bills, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
Manage and coordinating project information through BIM workflows and Autodesk
Construction Cloud platforms.
Provide value engineering and coordination for non-tender (NT) item quantity takeoffs,
costing submissions, and approval processes
