South Operations Manager : Reverse

Role overview

The person will be responsible for end-to-end performance of the reverse logistics network across the South region. This role is accountable for driving TAT, cost efficiency, recovery rates, and client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regional Operations Ownership
• Own performance of all reverse hubs
• Manage dedicated and integrated hubs
• Ensure SLA adherence
• Performance Management
• Drive TAT, cost per shipment, recovery, resolution
• Conduct reviews and corrective actions
• Network Optimization
• Optimize capacity and throughput
• Improve shared hub efficiency

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 6–10 years in logistics/supply chain
• Skills: Operations, data-driven, stakeholder management
• Preferred: E-commerce logistics, reverse ops
