Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a LIC Agent based in South Kolkata. The LIC Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling LIC's insurance products to new and existing clients. Additional duties include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing financial advice, customizing insurance plans to meet client needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying updated on LIC products and processes to ensure accurate guidance and support to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and knowledge of insurance products
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and finance-related activities
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build positive client relationships
- Comfortable with presenting and explaining insurance products to prospective clients
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences in South Kolkata
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or insurance are advantageous
