Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of traditional South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, and rasam.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets the restaurant's standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Manage food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
