This is a full-time, on-site role for a South Indian Chef based in Hubli. The South Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands expertise in traditional South Indian cooking techniques, creativity in menu planning, and efficient kitchen management, including inventory and staff coordination.

• Proficiency in preparing a variety of authentic South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambar, and chutneys
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and use of traditional ingredients
• Experience in managing kitchens, including inventory management and staff coordination
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Creativity in menu planning and the ability to incorporate seasonal ingredients
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Relevant experience in a professional culinary setting
• Culinary certification or equivalent experience in South Indian cuisine is an advantage
