Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a South Indian Chef (Commis - 1 or 2). The chef will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian cuisine, ensuring high food quality and hygiene standards. Day-to-day duties include food preparation, assisting in the creation of menus, cooking dishes to perfection, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The role also involves collaborating with the kitchen team and ensuring timely and consistent service delivery.
