About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced South Indian Cook to join our Head Office at Powai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in authentic South Indian cuisine, efficient kitchen management, and consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, uttapam, upma, poha, sambhar, chutneys, etc.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and timely food preparation.
• Manage daily ingredients, stock, and coordinate with the admin/HR team for kitchen requirements.
• Plan and prepare breakfast/snacks as per daily menu and employee requirements.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper storage practices.
• Manage cooking independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 34 years of proven experience as a South Indian Cook in a corporate kitchen, restaurant, caf, or catering.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and breakfast items.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
• Good hygiene practices and discipline.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule:

• Monday Friday: Work from Office (Powai)
• 1st Saturday: Work from Home
• Last Saturday: Work from Office
• Other Saturdays & Sundays: Off
