Sous Chef

What You'll Do

• Assist in leading day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service execution.
• Drive a vertical of R&D/ test kitchen
• Maintain consistency, quality, portioning, and presentation standards across all menu items.
• Support menu development, product innovation, and seasonal launches.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of professional kitchen experience, with leadership experience
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and team management.
• Passion for ingredient-focused cooking and continuous learning.
