Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef based in Guwahati. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing meals, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include monitoring food quality and presentation, maintaining hygiene standards, training staff, assisting in menu development, and ensuring the kitchen adheres to safety regulations. The Sous Chef will also manage inventory and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.
