We're Hiring | Sous Chef – Asian Cuisine

We at Ledor World are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for an upcoming premium bar concept in Gurgoan (pre opening).

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of modern Asian cuisine and experience working in premium dining formats. This role is ideal for a chef who understands flavour depth, plating aesthetics, high-volume precision, and contemporary bar food culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in premium Asian dining concepts

• Experience with Pan-Asian / East Asian cuisine preferred

• Indian cuisine experience is not required

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and menu development

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

Salary Bracket: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month + service charge as per restaurant policy
