Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef specializing in Western cuisine. The professional will assist in managing kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, planning and preparing high-quality Western dishes, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves menu creation, cost control, inventory management, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
