This is a full-time on-site position for a Sous Chef (Continental) located in Delhi, India. The Sous Chef will assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations, oversee the preparation and presentation of continental dishes, and ensure quality and consistency. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The role requires leadership, creativity in menu planning, and effective time management to meet service requirements.

• Proficiency in preparing and presenting a variety of continental dishes
• Strong kitchen management skills, including staff supervision and task delegation
• Knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and portion control
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen

• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
