As the Sourcing Supplier MDM Business Process Specialist, you will report directly to Cytiva's Supplier Master Data Leader and support Cytiva's Supplier Master Data SaaS solution within the Global Sourcing Operations Team. You will serve as a key partner to business and technical stakeholders by enabling user adoption, supporting day-to-day operations and issue resolution, maintaining and improving supplier master data, and monitoring overall system performance and integrations. This role also supports cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen data quality, streamline supplier onboarding, and enhance reporting and decision-making.

The role is located in Mumbai/Krakow and will be an on-site role.At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain strong technical and functional expertise in Cytiva's Supplier Master Data SaaS solution, including user training, release adoption, and creation of support documentation.
  • Provide help desk and user support by troubleshooting system issues, replicating defects in test environments, and implementing temporary and permanent solutions for internal associates and external suppliers.
  • Partner with business users to gather, assess, prioritize, and test enhancement requests, while supporting product roadmap development based on business impact and user needs.
  • Manage supplier data maintenance and transformation activities across the Supplier Master Data SaaS solution and ERPs, including bulk updates, data reconciliation, cleansing, migration, and support for M&A and business transformation projects.
  • Monitor integrations, develop reports and dashboards, communicate KPIs on system health and onboarding performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using DBS tools to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience supporting supplier information management, ERP (Oracle/SAP), or similar source-to-pay platforms.
  • Strong technical toolkit including Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables experience with JSON, Groovy, and SQL is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and multiple time zones.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a matrixed reporting environment with cross-regional stakeholders, including a primary manager in the U.S.
