Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Good understanding of Boolean search techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
