Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support our Bench Sales and US Staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing active IT requirements, building vendor databases, identifying recruiter contacts, and supporting recruiters with daily submission activities.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in US IT Staffing and Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Sourcing
- Search and identify active IT contract requirements from job portals including Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed
- Match consultant profiles with available requirements
- Share relevant job opportunities with Bench Sales Recruiters on a daily basis
- Track urgent and high-priority requirements
Vendor & Recruiter Database Management
- Build and maintain vendor/recruiter databases
- Collect recruiter contact information including email IDs and phone numbers
- Identify Prime Vendors, Direct Clients, and Tier-1 Vendors
- Maintain organized tracking sheets and CRM records
LinkedIn & Online Sourcing
- Use LinkedIn for recruiter networking and vendor sourcing
- Send connection requests and maintain professional communication
- Research staffing companies and recruiter profiles
- Participate in recruiter groups and sourcing communities
Hotlist & Consultant Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and distributing consultant hotlists
- Maintain updated consultant availability information
- Coordinate with recruiters for submission support
- Help maintain consultant tracking reports
Data & Reporting
- Update daily activity reports
- Maintain submission trackers and sourcing reports
- Monitor vendor response rates and requirement trends
- Ensure data accuracy and organized documentation
Required Skills:
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and terminology
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of Boolean search techniques is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational ability
- Attention to detail
- Fast learner with proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong internet research skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Fresher or up to 1 years of experience in US Staffing / Bench Sales / Sourcing
- Any graduate degree preferred
- Basic understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) is an advantage
- Experience using ATS or CRM tools is a plus
