Role: Sourcing Specialist

Desired Experience: 1-3 Years

Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune

What You'll Do

Act as a strategic partner to key hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals to fulfill critical talent needs

Having hands-on experience in IT Recruitment and niche requirements.

Close critical roles within the designated Turnaround Time (TAT), ensuring timely recruitment for high-priority positions

Deploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches

Expand the use of job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc to maximize recruitment reach

Lineup candidates for recruitment drives, accelerating hiring process for bulk recruitment needs

Specialize in headhunting for niche skills, identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles

Manage relationships with multiple hiring vendors, ensuring timely support and quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions
