Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

Employment Type: Permanent

What We're Looking For

2–6 years of core screening and candidate evaluation experience in US IT Recruitment.

Mandatory: Prior experience screening candidates in the Semiconductor / Hardware / VLSI domains.

Expertise in conducting initial technical/domain screening calls, evaluating candidate profiles against complex job specs, and assessing overall fit.

Strong understanding of US employment types, visa classifications, and domain-specific terminology.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver a high-quality candidate assessment experience.
