We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in talent sourcing and candidate mapping.
Location: Mumbai
Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of hands-on sourcing experience across multiple functions.
- Strong expertise in candidate identification, market mapping, and talent pipeline creation.
- Experience working with a reputed recruitment consultancy/search firm and/or corporate Talent Acquisition team.
- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Preferred:
- Exposure to BFSI, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services hiring.
- Experience in passive talent engagement and niche hiring.
- Prior experience in hiring for sales roles is a must.
