Overview:

We seek to partner and provide top staffing solutions to some of our largest customers across the United States to support their hiring needs and better their organizations. This organization primarily supports clients within Finance, Technology, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, and Government space, amongst other verticals and accounts for roughly 70% of our total annual revenue.

With increasing numbers of open positions with our largest clients, we have an urgent need to aid in recruiting efforts to assist our clients in their hiring processes. The Sourcing Specialist will work amongst our team to help submit quality candidates to these openings to a variety of customers without our Strategic Accounts organization.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

The Sourcing Specialist will be dedicated to supporting a portfolio of accounts within our Strategic Accounts program. Within your portfolio you will be responsible for maintaining performance metrics for each of your customers by screening, sourcing, and submitting resumes to your customers respective hiring portals. You will also be responsible for the coordination of candidate interviews and assist in the onboarding process when a placement is made.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience
• Strong communication and social skills
• Comfortability making 25+ calls daily
• Experience working within Microsoft Office product suite
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• High sense of urgency & ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Ability to communicate and present effectively with internal management
• High character, hard work ethic, eagerness to learn, and excitement to work in a collaborative and fun environment.
