Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and assisting with procurement strategies. Daily tasks include negotiating contracts, sourcing materials and services, supporting recruiting efforts, and analyzing market trends to ensure cost-effective procurement practices while meeting organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, perform cost analyses, and evaluate supplier performance
• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure beneficial terms and ensure compliance with company standards
• Experience in Recruiting and Procurement to efficiently source and onboard suppliers while managing procurement processes
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus
