Sourcing Specialist (Facilities Procurement)

Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across Facilities categories

• Manage RFx events, supplier evaluation, and sourcing projects

• Support contract negotiations and procurement governance processes

• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers across APJ and EMEA regions

• Drive supplier performance, operational efficiency, and risk management initiatives

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years of procurement and sourcing experience

• Strong experience in Strategic Sourcing & RFx Management

• Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Relationship Management expertise

• Experience supporting contract negotiations

• Knowledge of Procurement Processes & Governance

• Market Analysis and Benchmarking skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Facilities sourcing categories such as Facilities Management (FM), Security, Janitorial, Workplace Services, and Catering

• Experience supporting regional or global sourcing programs

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Exposure to APJ and EMEA markets
